海洋地震数据的获取极为不易！为规范数据的使用与管理，保障数据提供方的合法权益， 申请使用海洋地震数据中心数据的用户须认真阅读并签署 《海洋地震数据中心用户使用承诺书》。 如需下载地震事件数据，请同时提供地震目录文件（ 参考模板）。

数据获取可参阅 《海洋地震数据中心用户手册》。

严禁利用本中心数据从事任何违法犯罪活动，或协助他人实施违法犯罪行为。

Ocean seismic data are valuable and difficult to acquire. To ensure responsible data use and management and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of data providers, users requesting access to data from the Ocean Seismic Data Center must carefully read and agree to the Ocean Seismic Data Center User Agreement. If you wish to download event data, please also provide an earthquake catalog file (see the template).

Please refer to the Ocean Seismic Data Center User Manual for instructions on accessing and downloading data.

The use of data from the Ocean Seismic Data Center for any illegal or criminal activity, or for assisting others in such activities, is strictly prohibited.
